Veröffentlichen der Webseite funktioniert nicht mehr

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe bisher immer erfolgreich meine Webseite mittels ftp bei one.com veröffentlicht. nun hat one.com den ftp-upload eingestellt und ich muss iwie mit ssh uploaden. So weit so gut - der Upload mit Filezilla funktioniert per ssh auch tadellos.

Mit Zeta 16.4.0. Business funktioniert es jedoch leider NICHT

Trotz der korrekten Angaben gemäß one.com (die ich auch bei Filezilla eingegeben habe) erhalte ich eine Fehlermeldung: "Test fehlgeschlagen - Failure; Failure."

Was mache ich falsch?

in der Tat hat mir das sehr weiter geholfen.

Es muss der komplette Pfad

/customers/1/2/3/mydomain.com/httpd.www/

im Zeta Producer eingegeben werden. Darauf muss man erst einmal kommen...

Filezilla verlangt dies nicht, sondern findet automatisch den richtigen Pfad.

Sorry dass ich diesen alten Post nochmal aufgreife, doch seit dem Update auf v16.6.0 Business funktioniert der Upload erneut nicht mehr.

Dabei sind die Einstellungen, die zuletzt unter 16.4.0 funktioniert hatten, gleich geblieben.

Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich wieder falsch mache? O:-)

wenn ich auf Webseite online veröffentlichen klicke, erstellt der Zeta Producer zunächst die Webseiten und Dateien ganz normal und fehlerfrei.

Danach erscheint die Box "Dateien Veröffentlichen", zählt 1 runter und bleibt dann bei dieser Zahl stehen... Der Balken läuft weiter, aber die Zahl ist wie eingefroren:

vielen Dank für den Tipp mit dem Protokollfenster.

Dadurch habe ich erkannt, dass Zeta Producer obwohl der Zähler nicht runter lief, trotzdem noch gearbeitet hat.

Leider wurde das "Protokoll aufgrund von Größenbeschränkungen geleert", sodass ich nicht mehr genau nachvollziehen kann, was das Tool da gemacht hat.

Aber inzwischen hatten sich wohl über 9000 Dateien angesammelt, die zunächst "vorbereitet" werden mussten. (Warum, ist mir schleierhaft, denn ich habe in der Zwischenzeit wieder mit Filezilla gearbeitet, das ging deutlich schneller.)
Nachdem die "Vorbereitung" nach ca. 1 Stunde abgeschlossen war, begann der Connect und Upload und der Counter lief dann auch runter...

Weitere 3 Stunden später war der Upload (mit 40Mbps) abgeschlossen...

Kurzum: Ich war wohl zu ungeduldig... O:-)
