Folgender Fall:

Ich arbeitete bisher mit Version 14, dann wurde mir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf die Version 15 angeboten. Von hier an arbeitete ich mit Version 15.

Ich wunderte mich dann warum meine Lizenznummer nicht mehr eingetragen ist.

Nach langem Suchen fand ich heraus das das Upgrade trotzdem nicht kostenfrei und somit nicht möglich ist.

Daher bin ich wieder zurück auf Version 14, hier zeigt es mir dann an das ich erfolgreich veröffentlicht habe, aber live ist keine Änderung zu sehen.

Was muss ich tun?

Mein Provider hatte die FTP Zugangsdaten geändert, ohne etwas zu sagen.

Somit funktioniert es wieder danke.

Ich komme einfach nicht mehr weiter habe folgende Fehlermeldung beim Veröffentlichen: Authentication attempt rejected by the server

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe die Berechtigungen ändern können, hier freie Schreib und Leserechte vergeben. Daraufhin habe ich In Zeta den Verbindungstest gemacht, der funktionierte dann ohne Probleme. Dann habe ich alle Seiten erstellen durchgeführt und habe den Cache im Firefoxbrowser gelöscht.

So es funktioniert leider immernoch nicht.

Ich habe die zugangsdaten beim FTP auf www. ergänzt, hier kommt dann eine Fehlermeldung siehe Anhang, diese kommt auch ohne www. Veröffentlichungen funktionieren aber wie kann dann an den Zugangsdaten ein Fehler sein?

ich kämpfe seit Woche das der Online CMS wieder zum laufen bringe, aber bin momentan mit meinem Latein am Ende.

Ich habe bisher ohne Probleme den Online CMS genutzt nur Plötzlich funktionierte das anmelden nicht mehr. Ich habe daraufhin unterschiedliche Browser genommen, Passwörter geändert. Serverdaten geprüft, alle soweit i.O.

Der Anmeldebildschirm ist da aber der Button lässt sich nicht drücken, es geht einfach nicht. Umstellung auf SSL habe ich zwischenzeitlich durchgeführt und in den FTP Daten geändert.
