Layout LIME - Search field value

    I can not change the Search Field Value from 'Suchbegriff' to 'Search'

    Globale Attribute bearbeiten -> Suche -> Search_field_value. Was 'Suchbegriff' and I chose edit and changed it into 'Search'.
    But the text 'Suchbegriff' does not disappear from the field. When I click the search field it disappears but it comes back again.

    This problem seems to be only in LIME layout.
    Any idea please ?

    this is indeed a bug in the layout which we need to fix.

    Here's what you can do to fix it:


    Quit Zeta Producer
    Inside your project folder, you'll a folder "Layouts" with a subfolder "Lime".
    In that folder, there's a folder named "templates" which contains a file named "default.html".

    If you edit that file, line 122 should read:

    Code
    <input id="field" type="text" name="keyword1" value="Suchbegriff" onfocus="if(this.value=='Suchbegriff'){this.value=''}" onblur="if(this.value==''){this.value='Suchbegriff'}" />


    please replace that line with

    Code
    <input id="field" type="text" name="keyword1" value="#attribute(search_field_value)" onfocus="if(this.value=='#attribute(search_field_value)'){this.value=''}" onblur="if(this.value==''){this.value='#attribute(search_field_value)'}" />

    Now restart Zeta Producer, open your project again and rebuild your website (Website > Website Erstellen (komplett) )

    Sorry about that, that won't work either, so here's another suggestion.

    Replace Line 122 in said file:

    with

    <input id="field" type="text" name="keyword1" value="Search" onfocus="if(this.value=='Search'){this.value=''}" onblur="if(this.value==''){this.value='Search'}" />

    Hi Stefan, Thanks for your super quick answer. Indeed the last suggestion works just fine.

    By the way, do you know that there is another problem with LIME layout, but only in the English version of ZP10.
    It is not possible to add pictures in the normal way to the articles. Only by using a table.

    In the German version of ZP10 this problem does not exist.
