Hallo

Mein alter Computer kaputt und ich habe jetzt eine neue mit Windows 7 64 Bit.

Ich hatte Zeta Producer v. 9 vorinstalliert und ich habe jetzt viele Stunden damit verbracht zu installieren, aber ich erhalte eine Fehlermeldung, die lauten:

Ich habe alle Windows Update aktualisiert, aber es hilft nichts.

Ich habe dann versucht, die kostenlose Version 11 installieren, aber der Typ, der gleiche Fehler ist.

Ich habe jetzt etwa verbracht. 10 Stunden, aber ich kann nicht Zeta Producer zu arbeiten mehr, weder Version 9 (gekauft) oder Version 11

Now I have downloaded the file and opened it and put it to repair the database?

Both versions of Producer v 9 and the free v. 11 is of course closed when I try to repair the database.

It just did not and when I open Producer v 9 and 11, it seems they still do not.

When I press the "Datein" in the program then freezes the program and it can not be closed down generally. Then I shut it down with / in the job list.

I have attached a few pictures that might describe the errors better for you.

Looking forward to hear what I have to try.

I can just say that I have repeatedly deleted the 2 versions of Producer and installed them again. There are also removed remnants of programs in the registry file.

Hello,

the tool updates some windows Drivers, not your Database. Here's how to use the tool:

Open the Tool
It will run it's checks automatically
Make sure you're on the "Übersicht" Tab
Klick on the Button "Reparatur durchführen"
You're done and you can close the tool.
Start Zeta Producer and let us know if the error is fixed.

Ok it was not the database should be repaired but some files-it's ok

I've done as you type and it is so it comes with these errors.

I am running windows 7 64 bit and when I run the file so I choose it to be open with administartor rights even if it writes that it does not have these rights.

All my other applications run fine all along.

Hello,

it may be, that some of the files it tries to update are open by another process. Could you try rebooting Windows and then run the tool again from an account which has Administrator rights? Did that help?

we should also check the Windows-Resource Protection to see if some System-Files gone missing.

Could you please click on the Start-Menu, then copy and paste the following line into the search field and hit Enter:

The process will then take a while to complete. Once it's done, what output do you get in the terminal-window where the check was running?

I've tried the suggestions as you come up with, but of course I have again tested them.

1). I am the only user and I have all adminstator rights

I've tried to reboot several times and it makes no difference.

2). After I run "% COMSPEC% / K SFC / SCANNOW", so writes that it has not found snakes damage files.

Hello,

we have tried really hard to reproduce this error but we can't. Sorry. It seems, unfortunately, we can't help you. It seems on your system, a file is being removed while we are trying to clear cache. This could be the result of a real time virus-scanner modifying files in the background. If you have a virus-scanner running, you could try disabling it and see if that helps (don't forget to enable it again after the test). Other than that, we are out of ideas.

The only thing i can suggest is to try installing Zeta Producer 9 on a different computer and see if it works there (alternatively install it in a Virtual Machine).

I've tried to turn off my antivirus and my firewall but it did not matter.

I have now chosen to install Producer on my wife's PC and it was no trouble.

I have tried to restore the last backup, but it can not because it comes with an error that it can not find the templates that I have used.

If you have a good idea of how I have loaded the last backup, then I would love to hear how I should do ..
