    Hallo ich benutze das Programm Zeta Produzer 14 was muss ich wo eintragen damit ich meine Homepage wieder aktualisieren kann.

    Das ganze bei Web.de die hab ich angeschrieben aber nur eine Standartisierte Email bekommen.

    Ich suche mich verrückt,ich muß irgendwie etwas ändern an der FTP konfiguration.

    Ich blicke das nicht durch ich bitte um Hilfe.Bin fast soweit die Homepage meines Vereins zu löschen ich bekomme es einfach seit 2021 nicht hin das mir jemand hilft.Bin echt verzweifelt.

    die Konfiguration ist unter https://docs.zeta-producer.com/veroeffentlich…eren.html#a6855 beschrieben. Falls eine Änderung des Protokolls notwendig ist (Beispielsweise von ftp auf sftp), im Einstellungsfenster unten links auf "neu" gehen und das passende Protokoll auswählen.

    das ist nicht ganz so einfach. Ich habe bei Web.de auch ein Hostingvertrag. Den benutze ich als Testumgebung. Die haben vor kurzen den FTP Zugang geändert. Ich komme damit auch nicht klar.

    Für mich liegt das Problem nicht bei Zeta sondern eher bei Web.de viel zu kompliziert.

    Zeta kann, egal welche Einstellungen keine Verbindung herstellen. (Fehler: Servername ungültig)

    Web.de der Support ist echt keine Hilfe da kann ich Thorsten verstehen.

    Ich selber werde mein Vertrag kündigen dort.

    Vermutlich ist das falsche Protokoll gewählt, siehe Beitrag #2. Da wir Ihre Zugangsdaten nicht kennen, können wir hier auch nur wild raten.
