Fehlermeldung bei Erstellung eines Backup

Bei dem Versuch ein Backup zu erstellen kommt eine Fehlermeldung, die ich nicht interpretieren kann:

Fehler 80 beim Erstellen von Dateihandle für Pfad 'D:\Backup-ZETA-15-10\Backup - AlteWache-23-01-01 - 2024-10-19 16_31_45 - a0ca54b4097b45fd8a316aa30b9d2667.zpautobackup.zip': Die Datei ist vorhanden.

der erste Versuch war erfolglos. Habe die gleiche Aktion gerade noch mal durchgeführt, Ergebnis : Fehler,

allerdings nicht sofort sondern die Fehlermeldung kommt nach ca 45 sec.
