Lizenz vom System nicht akzeptiert

Seit der Umstellung meines Rechners auf Windows 11 erhalte ich beim Start Ihrer Software die Fehlermeldung, dass zu viele Rechner mit meiner Lizenz aktiviert seien – was nicht zutrifft, da ich die Software ausschließlich auf meinem bisherigen Gerät nutze.

Danke. Problem Lizenz gelöst. Doch nun lassen sich meine backups nicht mehr öffnen. Es kommt die Meldung: Benutzername oder Kennwort sind falsch.

Nachdem ich ein Backup geladen habe (meine aktuellen Seiten waren nach der Lizenzerstellung nicht mehr vorhanden), diese bearbeitet habe und wieder ein backup erstellen wollte.

Daran liegt es nicht. Die Meldung kommt, wenn ich ein backup auf meinen PC speichern will. M.E. eine Lizenzfrage. Ich habe diese Seite auch kopiert und unter neuem Namen gespeichert. Backup bricht ab.
