Timeout (425) bei dem Versuch das Projekt als Backup zu speichern

    Hallo zusammen:

    Ich habe Zeta-Producer auf zwei Rechnern installiert - auf meinem Stand-PC im Büro und auf meinem Laptop für Arbeiten an dem Webseiteprojekt am WoE. Vom PC im Büro kommend kann ich das zuletzt auf dem PC bearbeitete und dann auf der Mobilfestplatte gesicherte Projekt der Webseite auf dem Laptop öffnen und bearbeiten. Allerdings kann ich die auf dem Laptop bearbeitete Version des Projekts neuerdings nicht mehr als neues Backup auf der Reisefestplatte speichern, um es am Montag vom PC aus wieder zu öffnen und mit dem PC weiterzubearbeiten. Bei dem Versuch das Projekt vom Laptop aus auf der Reisefestplatte zu speichern bekomme ich immer folgende Fehlermeldung:

    Error when retrieving items from a remote directory ('/media/Scripting/ServerSideScripting/PHP/CMS_DATA'). Unable to build data connection: Connection timed out (425).

    Das Problem tritt auf, seit dem das Webseite-Projekt am Netz ist - es wird immer vom PC aus hochgeladen.

    Die Monate vorher, bevor ich die neue Website das erste Mal online auf den Webserver hochgeladen und damit veröffentlicht hatte, ging das Hin-und-her-Pendeln zwischen Laptop und PC.

    Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das Problem liegen könnte? Deinstallieren und wieder neu Installieren von Zeta-Producer auf dem Laptop hat auch nichts geholfen.

    wenn ich das soweit richtig verstanden habe, dann erstellst du mit der internen Backup-Funktion auf deinem Laptop eine Sicherung und dabei kommt dann die Fehlermeldung.
    Richtig soweit, oder?

    Wenn ja, dann könnte der Fehler evtl. durch folgendes verursacht werden:

    In den Backupeinstellungen, könntest du die Funktionen bei Speicherort > Zusätzlich auch Webserver kopieren aktiv haben.
    Und wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, scheinst du vermutlich auf deinem Laptop keine Internetverbindung zu haben?
    Wenn da so ist, dann mal die erwähnte Funktion deaktivieren und nochmals versuchen.

    Wenn ich falsch liegen sollte, dann gib wieder Bescheid.

    Du hast das richtig verstanden, leider ist die Lösung aber wohl komplizierter.

    Der Laptop hat Internetzugang. Das Sichern mit der Zeta-Internen Backup-Funktion auf dem Laptop hat auch ca. 50 mal geklappt, bevor ich das Projekt erstmals veröffentlicht habe, seit der Veröffentlichung hakt es....

    Aus Neugier habe ich heute morgen schnell ein völlig neues Projekt mit dem Zetaproducer begonnen, das lässt sich mit der internen Backup-Funktion problemlos sichern.

    Weiterhin habe ich entdeckt, dass ich Details zu der Fehlermeldung abrufen kann, ich werde allerdings aus dem Fehlerprotokol nicht schlau. Ich blende es nachfolgend ein (wobei ich Stellen mit meinem Klartextnamen mit XXXXXXXX neutralisiert habe, es muss nicht unbedingt das ganze Web wissen, womit ich meine Firmenseite erstelle...).

    Die Option "zusätzlich auf Webserver sichern" ist deaktiviert.

    Kannst du eventuell was mit dem Fehlerprotokoll anfangen?

    Hallo,

    gehe mal bei "FTP-Server Konfigurieren" unten auf "Mehr" und versuche da mal die 3 Einstellungen durch beim "Passiv-Modus verwenden".

    Es gibt hierfür 3 Einstellungen:
    Checkbox blau hinterlegt (auto), Checkbox mit Haken (Passiv-Modus an), Checkbox ohne Haken und mit Weißem Hintergrund (Passiv-Modus aus).
    Versuche zunächst die Einstellung mit Haken (Passiv-Modus an) und wenn das nichts bringt, nacheinander die anderen Einstellungen.

    Ggf. auch mal zum testen, temporär eine vorhanden Sicherheitssoftware wie Virenschutz, Firewall o.ä. deaktivieren.
