    Hier geht es um das Kennwort für den Login in die Online-Bestellverwaltung (Shop-Backend). Das können Sie selbst festlegen: Shop > Einstellungen > Allgemein > Shop-Kennwort

    Wenn Sie das Shop-Backend direkt aus Zeta Producer aufrufen, werden Sie gar nicht erst nach dem Kennwort gefragt. Wenn Sie das Backend aber mal z.B. über ein Bookmark aufrufen, dann benötigen Sie dieses Kennwort zum login.

    Wenn ich das Shopkennwort (4 Zeichen) welches bereits vorgegeben ist, lösche, kann ich die Shop-Einstellungen nicht mehr mit OK schließen. Gehe ich auf abbrechen, wird die Änderung nicht übernommen.

    Lasse ich das vorgegebene Kennowort (4 Zeichen) drinn und press den button Live-Dashboard bekomme ich die Meldung = Das Dashboard steht erst nach der Veröffentlichung zur Verfügung.

    Wenn die Bestätigungsemail im Mailpostfach liegt, kann ich die Rechnung einsehen, es öffnet sich ein Neues Fenster in welchem ich das 4-stellige Shopkennwort eingeben kann und ich komme zum Dashboard.

    Steht außer "Das Dashboard steht erst nach der Veröffentlichung zur Verfügung." ggf. noch weiterer Text im Dialog?

    Jetzt wäre für mich noch sehr hilfreich, wenn Sie mir die Protokolldatei(en) auf dem Server schicken können.

    Die sollten in einem Ordner auf dem Server liegen, der mit "_logs-..." anfängt und dann eine kryptische Zeichenfolge kommt, also z.B. "_logs-db8ee787f2ee4469a9a91118fc1063ce" oder so ähnlich.

    das Shop-Kennwort ist ein Pflichtfeld. Daher ist es normal, dass Sie den Dialog nicht mit OK schließen können, wenn Sie das Kennwort löschen. Wenn Sie das Kennwort ändern möchten, geben Sie ein neues Kennwort ein, klicken Sie auf OK und veröffentlichen Sie dann das Projekt.

    ich habe genau das gleiche Problem. Auch mit dem Link in der Bestellemail komme ich weiter. Aber nicht mit dem "Live-Dashboard".

    Ein Passwort ist eingegeben (auch geändert) und publiziert habe ich auch. Dennoch der Fehler Das Dashboard steht erst nach der Veröffentlichung zur Verfügung.

    "Das Dashboard steht erst nach der Veröffentlichung zur Verfügung."

    Diese Meldung bekomme ich auch, obwohl ich bereits veröffentlicht habe (allerdings auf einer subdomain). Ist das vielleicht das Problem?

    Shopkennwort habe ich angelegt.

    Gibt´s Hilfe ?

    ... mir fällt beim Durchlesen meines "Spoilers" auf, daß als webadresse immer ein www. vor den shop gesetzt wird. Weil er aber auf einer Subdomain von mir liegt darf kein www davor sein. Wo bitte muß/kann ich das korrigieren?
    Vielleicht ist das der Knackpunkt für das dashboard?

    Hallo Helena,

    gehe bitte mal auf "Veröffentlichen" ->"FTP-Server konfigurieren". Dort in der Webadresse muss genau die Adresse drin stehen, unter der die Seite bzw. der Shop später erreichbar sein soll, also mit https:// bei SSL-Verschlüsselung und http:// ohne SSL. Ebenso mit oder ohne www. Wenn der Shop auf einer Subdomain liegt, muss diese mit der Webadresse übereinstimmen.
